Shipping policy
We ship to customers across the European Union. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is shipped.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Eastern Europe: 2-5 business days
- Central and Western Europe: 3-7 business days
- Nordic countries, Ireland, Portugal, and islands: 5-10 business days
All orders are delivered within 30 days of purchase unless we agree otherwise with you. Because we ship within the EU customs union, there are no customs duties or import taxes on orders delivered to EU member states. VAT is included in the prices shown at checkout.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. Free shipping applies on orders over €500 to all.
Cards and collectibles are packed with protective materials appropriate to the item. If your order arrives damaged, contact us at support@pharaohcollectibles.com within 14 days with photos and we'll make it right.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees; carrier delays, weather, and customs checks for non-EU destinations can extend them. If your parcel hasn't arrived 10 business days past the estimate, get in touch and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
